Exchange / Refund / Replacement for Defective Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

Size or Colour Exchange

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or colour.

We recommend returning the original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.

Refund or Store Credit (Credit Note)

By default, we issue store credit.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you must specify this in the return form.

Please note: A 15% fee will be applied for inspection, warehousing, and handling.

Orders exchanged or items returned due to manufacturing defects are exempt from these fees.

The fee will be deducted from the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Only the final amount actually paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

Discount codes or gift cards cannot be reissued or refunded.

Replacement of Incorrect or Defective Items

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact contact@nausti.com and provide the following:

• Order number

• Description of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item)

• A photo or video clearly showing the problem
