Returns Policy


14-Day Right of Withdrawal


At Nausti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery.


This right allows you to cancel your purchase without providing any reason.



How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw


1. Notify Us


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return a product. You can do so by contacting us at contact@nausti.com or by any other clear means of communication.


2. Return the Goods


Once you have notified us, you must return the product to the address we will provide via email.


The item must be:

In its original condition

Unused

Complete with all accessories

With tags and original packaging intact



Return Conditions

The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe receipt.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days for processing.



Exceptions


The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised products

Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs

If you receive a store credit, it will match the amount paid

If you request a refund, you will receive the full amount paid minus any applicable restocking fees

For items valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues during transit.
